Development and Positioning 2030

BT2i is pursuing an ambitious development strategy with the objective of doubling the revenue of its Cabin Interior activities, from €30 million to €60 million by 2028, by combining organic and external growth.

Polishing of parts for aviation cabins

An integrated cabin product specialist strategy

Development is structured around three strategic product lines:

  • Monuments
Development and production of integrated solutions for cabin outfitting.
  • Cabin Equipments
Strengthening of a specialized offering around cabin equipment.
  • Seats & Sofas
Development of dedicated solutions for chairs and sofas.

This strategy accompanies the shift from a business-line development logic in France to that of a specialist in integrated cabin products, relying notably on a BCC base.
BT2i also intends to support its clients in their ramp-up, by actively participating in the structuring of their supply chain, while significantly increasing the share of series activities.

A strengthened position among market leaders

BT2i aims to confirm its position among market leaders by relying on complete vertical integration and an agile industrial organization.

The Group wishes to strengthen its role as a market consolidator with the objective of rapidly reaching €60 million in revenue and 500 employees dedicated to cabin activities.

This external growth strategy is already underway with the integration of our Moroccan site, now BT2i Morocco, and continues with new operations currently under consideration.

The objective: to have a critical size combined with strong industrial agility to sustainably support the developments and ramp-up of its clients.
